The Team

Emma Harris and Craig Piluso started Pine Creek Flowers, LLC in 2016 with the vision of bringing exceptional, extraordinary flowers into the world.

We love these spicy peppers! They add unique texture and color to our Autumn bouquets.

With a passion for organic farming and floral design, Emma realizes the importance of providing beautiful, guilt-free flower options to her community. Craig’s background in horticulture and agricultural business allows their flower farm to flourish with soil health and efficiency. If you ask Craig, he’ll admit that a plant’s root structure is more beautiful to him than its gorgeous blooms! Together, they do incredible things and guarantee weekly satisfaction to their happy customers. You can always expect to be greeted with a friendly smile by one of them at their booth at the farmer’s markets.

Our dog, Piper, is part of the team too! She comes to work everyday and lends her helpful paws in the fields. A true flower appreciator, she reminds everyone to stop and smell the flowers.

Emma and Craig's flower mission:

They start their flowers from tiny seeds and nurture them to become strong, healthy plants. They believe that plants benefit from presence of microorganisms in the soil, which they supply through their use of compost teas. Their 1.75 acre farm is home to hundreds of species of plants, insects, mammals, fungi, and birds at any given time. The more biodiversity, the easier it is to naturally fight pests, and thus avoid having to use pesticides or herbicides. Emma and Craig's perspectives and production methods aim to bring you the finest quality flowers around without harming the environment, so you can enjoy!

From lush anemones and ranunculus in the spring, to dazzling sunflowers and dahlias in the summer, we look forward to the different shapes, colors and textures that each season brings.

Come visit us at the market and meet your farmers! We are real life people who love connecting with our community and spreading happiness. And grab some flowers while you're at it! We promise you'll enjoy gazing at them in the comfort of your own home. Or make someone else's day and gift them a bouquet. There's nothing quite like the gift of flowers, which always says 'I love you'!
